A public-private partnership, LaGuardia Gateway Partners, is currently designing and building a new redevelopment of LaGuardia Airport.

AECOM, in a joint venture, is construction manager for the program, which includes a new Central Terminal B facility, a new Central Hall designed to unify the airport, a new West Garage, a pedestrian connection between the new Terminal B and the new West Garage, a new central plant, and related roadways and infrastructure to support this construction.
