Jurong Innovation District (JID) is a 600-hectare District covering the Nanyang Technological University, JTC's CleanTech Park, as well as the Bulim, Bahar and Tengah areas. The District will play host to an advanced manufacturing campus, factories of the future and companies at the forefront of key growth sectors such as advanced manufacturing, urban solutions and smart logistics.

Served by the Pan-Island Expressway and Kranji Expressway, JID is strategically situated within 30-minutes drive to key economic developments such as Tuas Checkpoint, Woodlands Checkpoint, and Tuas Megaport. Slated to be ready by 2026, the District will also be served by the upcoming Jurong Region MRT Line, linking commuters to the North-South and East-West MRT lines for convenient access to the rest of the Island.

JID is also part of the Western Biodiversity Corridor that will feature green coverage of up to 40%.
