AECOM participated in all stages of the implementation of the 407 Express Toll Route through Toronto and easterly to Oshawa, Ontario. 

Building on the planning and design for the central section through the City of Toronto in the 1990s, AECOM developed the route and preliminary design for the new freeway section from Brock Road easterly for approximately 22 kilometres (km), and then provided Owner Engineer and Technical Advisory services for the Province during the design and construction phase of this massive P3 project, which was completed in 2018.
