The Finch West Light Rail Transit (LRT) is an approximately 11.17-kilometre new LRT line with 17 surface stops, one below grade station and one underground station. It runs along Finch Avenue from just east of the new Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) Finch West subway station at Keele Street to Humber College on Highway 27.

The LRT line will also have maintenance and storage facilities for the LRT vehicles. The project is scheduled for completion and revenue service by the end of 2021. AECOM is leading the Technical Advisory Services team for the Alternate Financing and Procurement (AFP) of the Finch West LRT.

To date, AECOM has led the development of the Reference Concept Design (RCD) and Project-Specific Output Specification (PSOS), as well as supported the RFP/ PA schedules. AECOM is also providing various procurement services during the In-Market period.
